But I was troubling to find a framework that can justify the assumption. After that I searched for strategy analysis framework and tools and got PESTEL, SWOT and Porters five forces analysis. I could perform all three of them but due to lack of word count I selected porters five forces to evaluate the strategies of Expedia.
